This website (calmamedspa.com) is operated by Calma Spa. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Calma Spa Skincare & Spa. By visiting our site and/or booking a treatment with us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms").

Services Offered
We provide in-person skincare and spa treatments — including facials, body treatments, massage and related wellness services — delivered at our location in Roswell, Georgia. Detailed descriptions of each treatment are available on our Services page. Treatments are intended for general wellness and cosmetic care and are not medical procedures.
Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in United States Dollars ($) unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without notice. Where applicable, taxes are included in the displayed price. Gratuity is not included and is at the guest's discretion.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods: cash, major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and PayPal. Card and PayPal payments are processed by our third-party payment providers; we never see or store your full card number. When you pay with PayPal, your payment is processed by PayPal under PayPal's own User Agreement and Privacy Statement.
Bookings, Confirmation & Service Fulfillment
All bookings are subject to availability. By making a booking you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Once your booking is received you will receive an email confirmation containing your appointment date, time and treatment details. Your service is fulfilled in person at our spa on the date and time confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking for reasons including, but not limited to, availability, errors in service or pricing information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel a booking that has been pre-paid, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Cancellations, No-Shows & Refunds
We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled treatment price.
- Deposits on packages or group bookings are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Completed services are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with a treatment, please tell us before you leave the spa so we can make it right.
- Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable and expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (including PayPal) within 5–10 business days.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern about a charge or a service, please contact us first at contact@calmamedspa.com or +1 470-664-1219. We will do our best to resolve the issue within 5 business days. We ask that you contact us before opening a PayPal dispute or initiating a chargeback with your bank so we have the opportunity to put things right.
Health & Skin Considerations
Our treatments are intended for general wellness and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. You agree to disclose any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, pregnancy or medications prior to your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse or modify a treatment for safety reasons.
Accuracy of Information
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.
Modifications to the Service
Prices for our services and the services themselves are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) without notice.

Your submission of personal information through the site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which also describes how we share data with our payment processors, including PayPal.

In no case shall Calma Spa, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

SMS Terms and Conditions
By providing your mobile phone number and opting into our SMS messaging program, you agree to receive text messages from The Calma Spa regarding appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, booking updates, customer service communications, promotional offers, special events, exclusive discounts, and other service-related notifications.
Message frequency may vary based on your appointments and interactions with our business.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message.
For assistance, reply HELP or contact our customer support team.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
Participation in our SMS program is voluntary. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any products or services.
